Step 2 – Submit Application Materials:
The online communications for conservation graduate certificate requires that students have the following:
- Two letters of recommendation (professional and/or academic)
- Official Transcripts*
*Include one official transcript showing a bachelor’s degree awarded. If you were or are currently a CSU student, transcripts are not necessary. If you attended a different institution we need official transcripts from that accredited institution. You will need to contact your previous institution’s registrar office to request to have an official transcript mailed directly to: CSU Graduate Admissions, 1062 Campus Delivery, Fort Collins CO 80523-1062. If you have a digital version of your official transcript, it can be sent to: gradadmissions@colostate.edu. For an example of how to order transcripts go here. Again, if you attend(ed) CSU there is no need to request official transcripts.
International Applicants
International applicants will also need to send to the department the following items in addition to those listed above:
-
Official transcript translation (Ensure official copies include a certified translation into English. Only one set of transcripts is required).
-
Official TOEFL scores*
*Submit official TOEFL scores through the Educational Testing Service (select institution code: 4075). In general, all applicants from countries in which English is not the official language, and who do not have an undergraduate degree from a country in which the official language is English (Canada, U.K., Australia, USA, New Zealand, etc.), must submit TOEFL scores. The minimum score for applicants is 80 on the internet-based test (550 on the paper-based test or 6.5 on the IELTS).
