About Douglas

Doug Rideout is Professor of Forest Economics at Colorado State Univesity and CO-Director of the WESTFIRE Research Center. Dr. Rideout's research is focused on strategic planning and budgeting of wildland fire programs primarily through the STARFire spatial planning system. He teaches Forest Economics and Fire Policy.
