About Lucas

I am a PhD candidate at Colorado State University with Dr. Daniel McGrath in the Cryospheric Sciences Research Group. My research involves leveraging modern remote sensing and geophysical tools to study how mountain glaciers (and the cryosphere more broadly) are changing on time scales ranging from days to decades, and how those changes are linked to climate change. My current projects are focused on glaciers in Alaska and High Mountain Asia, with funding support from NASA and the USGS.
