About Randy
Randy Major started at Warner College of Natural Resources in 2008 as desktop support coordinator. Duties include troubleshooting network problems for desktops and laptops both wired and wireless, desktop and laptop hardware support, virus security and removal, printing support and troubleshooting, support for conference rooms, general support for any kind of connections for video conferencing and defense conferencing. Randy is currently the Computer lab manager for the Warner College of Natural Resources. Prior to working in IT, Randy worked for 25 years at an aluminum recycling plant and then went back to school while working full time to pursue his B.S. degree in computer information systems.
