About Ethan

Ethan Billingsley manages undergraduate programs at CSU's Warner College of Natural Resources. He conducts research on student engagement and leads College recruitment and retention initiatives to ensure the College continues to serve the best and brightest students from around the world. He advises students on programs of study and coursework to help maximize learning outcomes in alignment with career goals. He also teaches a freshman seminar in sustainability, leads two residential learning communities focused on sustainability and outdoor adventure, and advises multiple student clubs. Billinglsey is an alumnus of Warner College - earning his B.S. in natural resource recreation and tourism and his M.S. in human dimensions of natural resources. His research is focused on environmental education with a special emphasis on minority groups. Before joining CSU in 2008, he served as a consultant assessing National Park visitor behavior, as K-12 environmental educator, and held various outdoor recreation positions.
