One of the thoroughly gratifying aspects of my 35-plus-year association with Colorado State University and the Warner College of Natural Resources is knowing that the work done here in the past, the present, and future is making our world a better place. That's why I'm proud to be an alumnus and serve as the Dean of WCNR.

Hi, I’m Ethan Billingsley and I really enjoy Natural Resources. I’ve been fortunate enough to complete both my undergraduate and graduate studies in the Human Dimensions of Natural Resources Department in WCNR. Thanks to my education, I’ve been lucky enough to share this passion with others through employment as an environmental educator, a raft guide, a horse packer and a sea kayak guide, just to name a few.

I look forward to maintaining a community in which current and future student’s can enjoy their college experience to the fullest. In my free time I enjoy hanging with my son, Brayden, playing hockey, Telemark skiing, riding my bike around town or doing anything outside.

Hi! I’m Mary, Assistant to the Dean, and have been with the Warner College since late 2007. I’m originally from New Jersey (don’t hold that against me!) and moved to Colorado in 2000 and we will never live anywhere else!

I graduated from the University of Delaware a million years ago with a degree in English. I sing, I swim, I am a member of the Larimer Chorale, and I also completed my first triathlon this past summer.

I began working for WCNR in 1997.  I currently direct the efforts of the college IT staff and ensure that they align with the goals of the faculty, staff, students and college as a whole.  I coordinate with other on-campus IT units to actively promote security-aware technology. I also represent the college in the campus-wide IT community through involvement in numerous technology committees and special campus project assignments.

I'm a graduate of the University of Wyoming and as a student spent many winter weekends in balmy Fort Collins... assuming the highway was not closed by blowing snow.  [  Read More  ]

Hi, I'm Scott Webb, the Director of Advancement for WCNR. My responsibilities are to engage alumni, corporations, foundations and friends to develop a natural resource family focused on furthering the college's mission and vision.  We have all kinds of opportunities to be engaged including advisory boards, guest speakers, joining us for special events and the like.  We believe that investment in our college is an investment in the minds of those who will someday contribute to commerce and conservation in exploration, sustainability, recreation and the management of our great natural resources world-wide.
