Dr. Manfredo and Sam Martin attended the 9th World Congress on Mountain and Snow Tourism, the Mountain Likers conference in Saint Julia de Loria, Andorra in March 2016. Joining good friend, UNWTO THEMIS Foundation Executive Director, Omar Valdez, meetings were held with the University of Andorra to discuss the development of a joint graduate program in mountain tourism with the University of Andorra.
