The John and Dolores Goodier Student Success Center (SSC) is Warner College’s central resource and customer service center for both undergraduate students and visitors to the College. Students and visitors utilize the SSC to find information regarding College programs and to receive various services.
The Student Success Center is located in the first floor atrium of the Michael Smith Natural Resources Building.
To facilitate its functions, the SSC houses three full-time staff members as well as part-time student employees (Ambassadors).

Warner College Ambassador Team
As the “face” of Warner College, Warner student ambassadors represent the Student Success Center’s vision through exceptional guest experiences. Ambassadors assist with:
- Staffing the front desk and website chat box.
- Promoting Warner College initiatives through outreach opportunities.
- Assisting with Warner College events.
- Maintaining and organizing the Students Success Center and Smith Natural Resources Building.
- Welcoming prospective students and families.
- Providing College tours and career advising.
- Transcribing, analyzing, and formatting data reports.
- Assisting with Warner College communications projects and initiatives.
