To install the HandPrint mobility app on Windows and Mac computers.

Go to the following web page and download the mobility print driver for your operating system.
Windows computers

Go to the link for your OS and click on download.
Once the file is downloaded, open the file so that it runs and starts the installation.
Select the language you want or just click OK.
Accept the license agreement and click next.
Make sure that HandPrint is selected and then click Next.
The format for your user name needs to be entered as [email protected]
And then your NetID password
Then click Next to finish the installation.

Mac computers

Go to the link for your OS and click on download.
Once the file is downloaded, open the file so that it runs and starts the installation.
Run the Papercut Mobility Print Client package
Accept the license agreement
Use the default installation location and click Install
Enter your computer administrator password then click Install Software
Select HandPrint as the printer to install and then click OK
A box will pop up saying the printer is installed – click OK
Then click on close
When you go to print, select HandPrint as the printer to use.
When it asks you to enter your username and password for HandPrint, your user name needs to be entered as [email protected]
And then your NetID password
You can check the box to let it remember your user name and password in the Keychain so that you do not have to enter it every time you print.
