OBJECTIVE: Contribute to the creation, management and use of 
Geographic Information Systems at county and regional scales.  Make it 
easier, faster, and more cost effective to do a good job of planning 
for the future, while remaining sensitive to human needs and the local 
ecosystem.  Current interest is in UAV remote sensing with the use of 
digital infrared imaging for vegetation assessment.
