OBJECTIVE:  Contribute to the creation, management and use of Geographic Information Systems at county and regional scales.  Make it easier, faster, and more cost effective to do a good job of planning for the future, while remaining sensitive to human needs and the local ecosystem.  Current interest is in Digital Color Infrared photography (DCIR) for ecosystem assessment.
