Save Model Structure

Some MARK analyses are very time consuming because of the time it takes to generate the numerical estimates of the parameters.  Therefore, a facility to save the structure of a model to the Results Browser without generating the numerical estimates has been implemented.  Saved models have the phrase "NO ESTIMATES" added to the front of the model name to identify them as not being complete.  To save a model's structure, select "Run | Save current model structure for running later" from the Results Browser menu.  You can also click the Save Model icon on the task bar of the Results Browser window.  The usual Run Window will appear to allow you to fix parameters, specify initial parameter values, and all the other options available for numerical parameter estimation.  However, when you click the "OK to Save" button, the model structure is saved without actually running the model.
Once 1 or more models have been saved, the user can run them in a batch mode by selecting "Run | Run a list of saved model structures" from the Results Browser menu.  After numerical optimation is completed, the model results are placed in the Results Browser, and the model structure record is deleted.
