Copy Estimates to Clipboard

Often the user wants to use parameter estimates in other software, or even as initial values for parameter estimation. A set of menu choices are available from the Results Browser Window to copy the parameter indices, estimates, standard errors, and confidence intervals to the clipboard, or copy just the estimates themselves without the other information. In either case, you can then paste the clipboard into a spreadsheet to manipulate the estimates further.
