I
completed my Ph.D. in Environmental Biology
and Ecology in the Department of Biological Sciences at
the University of Alberta in 2005. I then spent 1.5 years working on a Post-Doc with the USGS out of Colorado State University where I was addressing a variety of sagebrush-steppe conservation issues. I was recently elevated to a full research scientist at the Natural Resource Ecology Laboratory at CSU, where I am continuing my partnered research on sagebrush ecosystems with the USGS, Fort Collins Science Center. Please see my Research Page and Publications Page for more about my past and current research.
