Be part of a recognized student chapter of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals!

The Society of Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP) is a national non-profit professional association of women involved or interested in environmental law, science, education, business, and policy. Our Student Chapter serves as a resource for students and faculty at CSU, providing opportunities for professional development through, networking, mentoring, and public service.

Welcome! We seek to extend student education outside the classroom through experiential learning, networking opportunities with female professionals both locally and nationally, and the chance to socialize among other women with a shared passion for the natural world.

Join our community!

  • Network with other women excited about working in the natural world
  • Enhance your professional skills through field experiences through club events
  • Build networks with experienced professionals from the Rocky Mountain Chapter of SWEP
  • Identify areas of interest for your studies and potential future employers
  • Have access to information and resources that facilitate your schoolwork

We meet every other Tuesday
at 5:30 p.m. in Forestry 127.

All are welcome regardless of
degree track or academic level!
