Microsoft Office 365 is a collection of cloud integrated applications and  services. CSU faculty, staff, and students all have access to the Microsoft Office 365 platform. 

The Office 365 offerings to CSU include Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Groups, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.  Cloud-based storage is included as part of Office 365, including 5 TB of space for each user on OneDrive for Business.

You can login into Office 365 online, including the web-based version of Outlook,with ename@colostate.edu at portal.office.com

Microsoft Office and 365 

Microsoft Office is available for installation on your CSU-owned computers. If you need to install Microsoft Office on your work computer, please consult WCNR Technology Services for installation assistance. 

Microsoft Office for personally-owned computers is available for download from portal.office.com.  This version is not intended for use on university-owned computers.
