CSU's research associates and student interns from the Department of Geosciences are substantially involved in the Geologic Resource Evaluation (GRE) Program in a cooperative arrangement with the National Park Service (NPS).

CSU was selected as one of only 12 nationwide “nodes” for the hydrogeophysical measurements conducted through the auspices of the NSF-funded Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science.
