I study biological communities and ecosystem processes in streams. Current research focus is on the effects of invasive trout on stream ecosystems in Western U.S. Other interests revolve around biodiversity, restoration ecology, and ecotoxicology, with favorite study systems including Alpine, sub-arctic, and boreal streams.
