Unglaciated Unconfined:

channels below the lower limit of Pleistocene valley glaciation that have large valley-bottom widths (in our definition of this process domain, valley width > 125 m). These channels typically have lesser downstream bed gradients (< 2%) and finer bed sediment than confined channels.
