Glaciated Confined:

channels above the lower limit of Pleistocene valley glaciation that have small valley-bottom widths as a result of close lateral confinement between valley side slopes (in our definition of this process domain, valley width < 50 m). These channels typically have steeper downstream bed gradients (> 2%) and coarser bed sediment than unconfined channels.
