Alumni Reunion Pingree Park 2014



Bring your loved ones to the mountains and join fellow Warner College of Natural Resources alumni, faculty and friends for a weekend full of relaxation, reconnecting, and celebration at Colorado State University’s one-of-a-kind Pingree Park Mountain Campus.
 
This event is for all Warner College alumni, faculty and friends!  
 
When: 
Friday, Sept. 5 - Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014

  • Photography workshop & keynote presentation by renowned photographer and preservationist John Fielder!
  • Cookouts and reminiscing with friends
  • Faculty discussions
  • Fishing and wildlife viewing
  • High-elements ropes course
  • Historical tours
  • Exhibit Celebrating 100 Years of Pingree Park
  • Relaxing by the cabin or campfire
  • Scenic walks

Directions to pingree park from Fort Collins:
The Pingree Park Mountain Campus is 53 miles west of Fort Collins, Colorado, a one and a half to two hour trip, and three and a half hours from Denver International Airport (DIA).
·        Go north on U.S. 287 to Hwy. 14 junction (mile marker 22)
·         Turn west on Hwy. 14 going up Poudre Canyon (at Shell gas station)
·         Stay on Hwy. 14 past "Kelly Flats" Campground
·         Turn left on Pingree Park Road (County Road 63E)
·         Cross the bridge and continue on the gravel road for 16 miles to reach Pingree Park

2014 marks Pingree Park’s 100th Anniversary as CSU’s Mountain Campus, so this reunion event will be a historic celebration!
